Brooklynne came to our attention thanks to a family member in NY. While it was a tricky quest, we managed to get Brooklynne out of the NYC shelter and to Michigan in 2 days... thanks to a few of our amazing volunteers and their connections to East Coast rescue and transport folks.

It's a good thing we got Brooklynne when we did, too. Not only was she hours away from being euthanized, but she was also suffering horribly from pneumonia. Now she is on the mend, and her delightful personality is finally coming through as she feels better.

She loves to play with her Nyla-bones, does very well in her crate, and is just sweeter than sugar. Someone loved her before she ended up at Animal Care & Control, and it shows (even though she had had at least one litter for them...).
