Welcome to The Buster Foundation Dog Adoption Application Process!

Thank you for your interest in adopting a Buster dog! This form and a consultation with a Buster Foundation representative are designed to help you find the dog most compatible with your lifestyle.  Please make sure to answer every question.  You will receive an email confirmation once you have submitted a complete application.

To be considered as an adopter with us, you must:

• Be a Michigan resident, within a 50 mile radius of Belleville, MI  ( NO out-of-state adoptions )
• Be 21 years of age or older
• Have identification showing your present address
• Have the knowledge and consent of your landlord (this must be submitted in writing in order to be considered)
• Live in a city/county/community that does NOT have breed restrictions (Please confirm this prior to applying.)
• Be able and willing to spend the time and money necessary to provide medical treatment and proper care of the dog

Completion of this application does not guarantee adoption of a dog, nor does it commit you to following through with an adoption.  This is simply the first step in helping you decide if one of our dogs is right for you and in helping us decide if you are able to offer one of our dogs a safe and loving home.
