A Better Place is assisting these pups' owner in finding them responsible, forever homes. Applications only are being accepted at this time.

The pups are 4 weeks old as of 6-12-08, they will not be ready for adoption until the week of July 15th.

Four females, four males, black and white coloring, pix to come soon. Momma dog, Tasma, weighs 52 lbs., we expect the pups to be within the same weight range when they grow up. Mom is a Boxer/Pit Bull mix, Dad is a Pit Bull

All of these pups will be fixed (spayed/neutered) prior to adoption, absolutely no exceptions!

No out-of-state adoptions, no homes with children under 5 yrs. old.

We are currently working on fixing all of the adult pits in the owner's home, she realizes that she has got to stop the cycle of littering, and we are all too happy to help her out. Great many thanks to Animal Pals and Pit Bull Rescue Central for their support in our efforts to help fix all of Leah's Pits and Pit pups!

If you are interested in adopting this pet, please read the following info first:
You MUST fill out an adoption application FIRST before meeting any of our dogs. We DO NOT have a shelter, our dogs are fostered in private, individual homes. For the safety of our foster dogs and volunteers, we do not allow potential adopters to meet any foster dog, until an adoption application has been submitted and reviewed.
Our first priority is the welfare of each of our dogs. We will choose the home that we feel is the best match for each dog's personality and needs. Please allow 3-4 days for one of our volunteers to get back with you via phone or email. We are a very small group with only a handful of volunteers. We have multiple dogs in our care, and our volunteers also have full-time jobs. So please be patient.
