Maxwell is new to Buster, and making himself right at home! We received a call about a very skinny puppy wandering the streets, in a city that has no Animal Control... so off our volunteers went to find him and scoop him up. He's already gained nearly 10 lbs in a week, and adjusting very well to life with people who care, and dogs he can play with!
