Check out this adorable little face! Spencer made his way to Buster as a lonely little puppy, but now he has friends a-plenty!
He's super playful, smart, and sweet. He gives the best puppy kisses, and yes, he still has puppy breath! He loves to play with the big dogs and follows you around the yard like a little shadow. He's going to make someone very happy!
