Elsie and 3 of her siblings were surrendered to Buster by Carla. Many Thanks to Carla for rescuing these precious youngsters!
Elsie is a precocious little girl pup. She is full of energy, and loves to explore her new surroundings. Elsie enjoys playing with her siblings and her new foster family.
Elsie will not be available for adoption until she is at least 12 weeks of age. As with all Buster dogs, Elsie will be speutered as soon as she is old enough.
You must be 21 years of age to adopt - no out of state adoptions.
