This stunning girl was an owner surrender and so impressive in her personality and temperament that we just had to take her into our group. Fortunately there was a family looking to foster for us but they have had their heart set on a mastiff type spayed female! What good fortune for Xena that they came along and so did she.

Xena has been assessed and has passed her testing for adoption placement. She is gentle, calm and non reactive to other dogs and has even been accepting and indifferent to felines. She has displayed exceptional gentleness with young children and is quite confident and comfortable with lots of stimulus like loud children, and barking dogs. Xena is watchful and aware of her surroundings outside and barked to alert us when someone had parked their car on our side street to visit neighbors.
