3/07 Welcome to Pearl, one of her litter that remained at home alone when her owner moved out of state. Thank goodness for the wonderful family who took her in! Pearl is a beautiful red and white spayed female born approximately 7/15/06. She looks like she's going to be a larger girl when full grown. She is doing well with her foster siblings here. Pearl plays and interacts well with the gang and does well in her crate. She's a great traveler in the car too. We are polishing up her social skills as she can be somewhat shy and submissive around new people but warms up quickly . Her foster siblings have helped her a lot with meeting new people and dogs. Pearl loves to toss her stuffed toys around in the air and pounce on them. She enjoys cuddling on the couch, and I can see her becoming the perfect "couch pitato". Pearl has also decided that she must carry a shoe around in her mouth as she happily wiggles around the house. She doesn't chew them up, just carries them around. Must just be a form of comfort to her. She's up to date with her vaccines, deworming and is spayed and microchipped.
