1/05 Face has been with us since July 04 when we took her and her ten babies in. Her babies are long adopted and Face remains with me and all her foster siblings. Face is approximately 3 years old now. She has separation anxiety issues that have made it difficult to find a family that would be willing to take on the task of working with her. Her other foster mom was totally overwhelmed with her and just was not equipped or experienced enough to handle her so she has been back here where she is currently much improved although we have had to resort to anti anxiety medication to help manage her problem. She is one of my sweetest girls here, well behaved in the house when we are with her and she loves to jump up and have me carry her on my hip like a toddler. Her 55 pound body weight gives me quite a work out though especially when i carry out to get the mail! She is spayed, vaccinated, heartworm tested, etc. She is EXCEPTIONAL with all our other fosters and is wonderful with puppies. She is very tolerant and accepting of any newcomers and was raised with a young boy. It indeed with take a special family or individual to consider this girl.
