11/05 Digger has had his surgery to help with his hips and is doing very well! Dr. Daniel Degner of Michigan Veterinary Specialists in Rochester Hills, MI performed his procedure and we are grateful to Dr. Degner and his technician Susan Holland for all the excellent care he has received. Digger made need further surgical care and we are accepting cans and bottles as a way to help cover the medical costs. Contact Joanie if you are interested in helping Digger with donations. Digger came to us by way of DAS and is by far our golden boy! Born approximately 3/25/05 Digger is a large white boy with some black spots on his ears and a handsome black nose. He absolutely loves his foster brothers and sisters even his feline ones. He is a happy boy that will be having surgery to correct entropion of his right eye when he is neutered. This boy is a sweet soul that certainly deserves to have a family of his own. He loves to swim which most of our crew does and they get to most every weekend. He will most probably get to weigh in at over 70 pounds by the time he's done growing so he is on his way to be a BIG boy.
