UPDATE 3/10/11
Beautiful Bunny is currently boarding with our trainer, because her fosters are getting ready to move out of state. We need a new foster for this sweetie ASAP! She is a very good girl, just needs your love and attention, and a little supervision outside, since she is able to go over chain-link fences when she wants to. It's something her fosters were working on, and made good progress with! A privacy fence would be ideal, but being without one won't exclude any willing and able family.
UPDATE 1/9/11
Our little Bunny girl is still with us! We just don't understand how this lovely pup hasn't won some equally fabulous family over and gone home forever. We guess the right people just haven't come along. Bunny is big, but will probably not be as big as her mom Lola after all. She has gorgeous fluffy white fur, definitely attributed to whatever she's mixed with.
Bunny has recently changed foster homes, because she decided she likes to climb chainlink fences! Hopefully with a little work and some extra 1-on-1 attention we can curb this behavior in no time. Her new foster brother Bondi will do what he can to show her the ropes in her new house.
We will post more updates as she settles in with the new fosters! Thanks to Emily and Sam for stepping up for Bunny girl!

UPDATE 10/21/10
Bunny is a happy and sweet dog who loves to play fetch with a ball, Frisbee or stick. She loves to chew on bones or play tug, you name it, she likes to play. She lives with a male pomeranian and small mix female and gets a long with them great. She loves the cats, however, the cats find her rambunctious play a little much at times. Her favorite toy is the Wubba and she loves to play like a retriever and even strikes a "point" often in play. She is eager to please and learn and is definitely food motivated. She loves to cuddle when she gets tired, even though shes not allowed on the couch, she believes it is her proper place in life and looks longingly at it. She is GREAT with children, has good play manners and does not jump on them.
Bunny is turning into a very beautiful, very large puppy, already over 40 lbs at just 5 months old. But, boy, she's smart, and loving, with cuteness to spare... so as long as a potential size of 70+ pounds doesn't scare you, she will be worth her weight in gold and then some!
_____________________________________________________________
When Bunny first came to us at 4 weeks old, she looked and moved exactly like a fuzzy bunny rabbit with her super fuzzy fur and her floppy ears, not to mention her tendency to hop and bounce around the yard! However, lately we've taken to thinking of her as the Energizer Bunny! Because this rapidly growing girl just keeps going and going.
Bunny is the biggest of her litter and is on track to grow into a stunning 65-70 lbs. black and white lady. She's currently being fostered in a home with small and medium sized dogs and some cats as well, and she's having a blast with everybody. Since she was little, Bunny has always been quite the adventurous gal, exploring her surroundings and finding new things to entertain herself with--and of course occasionally getting herself into some trouble now and then!
Bunny is very smart and enjoys just about anything, so if you're looking for a fun-loving gal who knows how to have fun as well as chill out and cuddle, we suggest you look no further than this beautiful girl!
