Turk is a real sweetheart and quite the goofball! He was saved from a shelter that was only willing to keep a few pit bulls and unfortunately Turk didn't make the cut because he jumped up on people too much. However he keeps his new foster family laughing with his silliness and they have been helping him learn to keep all fours on the ground with a good deal of success!

Currently he is in a foster home with 2 other dogs and 2 cats. While he can be reactive with strange dogs, the more exercise he gets, the better he does! TURK NEEDS INTENSE EXERCISE AND CONSISTENCY IN TRAINING! His foster family has been working closely with a trainer, and Turk is responding well.

Turk is also wonderful with children and he loves to cuddle. 

He is currently in obedience class and is proving to be a very quick study.  We know this goofy guy will make a wonderful addition to just about any type of family!
