Stout little Twiggy here is what we affectionally refer to as our "firecracker".  Originally found wandering on the roadside hungry and scared, she has now filled out considerably to reveal a sturdy yet small and happy pup.  Twiggy is never going to be a large dog (or even a medium dog for that matter), but her personality couldn't be bigger.  She's got a face with some serious character and she loves to show it.

A quick study, this girl already knows "sit", "down", and is working on "heal" and "come".  And she's already completely crate-trained and house-trained!  She's incredibly treat-motivated and lives for cuddling and belly rubs. 

Twiggy is also wonderful with kids and other dogs, although she can definitely get a little bossy with other female pups.  So pairing her with a house with a male dog or no other females would be great!  She had a brief run-in with a cat who bit her once, so she does her best just to leave them alone and go her own way.  She loves to play and can get quite vocal when she's excited, but don't let that worry you.  She's a nice girl and loves pretty much everybody.  Now she just needs a home of her own to prove it!
