*NO OUT OF STATE ADOPTIONS* HI, MY NAME IS CHARLIE BLUE! I came to Buster because the people that had me just weren't prepared to deal with all of the responsibility that came with a big puppy, and weren't taking very good care of me. They said I was too hyper and left me in a crate most of the time, and said they couldn't potty train me either. BUT - the truth is - I haven't had one accident since I left there, and now that I'm not stuck in a crate all of the time, I'm actually a sweet, calm, loving pup. And boy, do I love playing with other dogs! If you noticed my birthday and my weight, this is not a typo! I'm a very big baby, and I'm going to be a big dog when I grow up. The Buster people have a few guesses, but no one is sure what I'm mixed with. I guess that's what happens when people give away puppies for free. But it's no problem, as long as I go to puppy school and have a responsible owner to show me the way, I will be a beautiful, gentle giant. Will that person be you? Too often we have had people set up appointments for a meet and greet only to be no-shows. All our dogs are in foster homes, and we at Buster appreciate that our foster families' and volunteers' time is precious, therefore we will not set up meet and greets without first receiving a completed application. We trust you understand and respect our decision to enforce this policy.
