Big boy Blake is searching for his forever home.  This boy was waiting patiently in a humane society kennel until they reached out to us and we were able to pull him. He is settling nicely into his foster home and is slowly getting to know his foster brother.  Blake could live with another large female who can tolerate his rough and tumble play style.  For now, we recommend only large children as he will knock over young ones, he does not know how big he is.  He is finishing up his treatment for his heartworm and will have to have surgery to correct his entropion in one eye.  He is a very good pup who is looking for a family that can help him become his best self.

**During his heartowm treatment Blake did develop diabetes.  it is currently managed with insulin and he is a very happy boy.  Diabetes in dogs is a manageble condition but may last his entire life.  Please be aware of this when choosing to apply**
