Miguel is a classic case of a family that gets a dog and simply forgets they exist. He was being kept outside chained up to a kennel. The owners kept him around becasue someday they might breed him to make puppies to sell. Luckily we got to him before that could happen. This dude is very musuclar despite being under weight. He has gotten along with female dogs and cats. he is a known fence climber so ideally his adopter would have a privacy fence.
