Hi my name is Bongo and I'm looking for my forever home. I came into foster care when I was about 4 weeks old. I was supposed to stay here but my parents have decided that I have to move on. I'm a really good boy in my crate and don't have any accidents so I guess that means I'm housebroken. I love my tennis ball and Nylabone! I have great fun running and playing in my huge backyard! I love to go for car and truck rides with my mom and dad. One of my favorite things is to cuddle up with you. I just graduated from my obedience class and I was the best boy there! I would probably like to continue taking more classes once I get adopted too. I even know how to run on a treadmill! That was really fun. I love to go to our adoption showcases and I'm a perfect gentleman there. Everyone says how handsome I am and that I pay close attention to everything and really like to please. Right now I have two sisters and I have gotten along very well with both of them until just recently. Now my one of my sisters and I have had a few issues. My mom and dad have decided they don't have time to work with all of us and they say that it would be best if I found a good home with a family or a person who will love me and continue to work with me. I'm sad that I can't stay but I hope they get some help so they can help her to learn to be a good girl around other dogs. Mom and dad admit she has always had issues and they should have done something a long time ago, but now realize how important it that they do something and learn how to help her. I hope it works out for them. I'm a really good boy with the foster dogs at Joanie's house and my trainer Ali says I'm a great dog and have lots of potential! Joanie says it's just a matter of finding the right home for me that's all.

If you are interested in adopting Bongo, please first read our adoption policy and complete an application.

These are found on this website, under the tab “Animals”, then “Adoption Info”.

Too often we have had people set up appointments for a meet and greet only to be no-shows. All our dogs are in foster homes, and we at Buster appreciate that our foster families' and volunteers' time is precious, therefore we will not set up meet and greets without first receiving a completed application.

We trust you understand and respect our decision to enforce this policy.
